My easyshare kodak camera was dropped and the lens would not retract or fully extend. My husband opened the camera to fix it. He realigned the lens so that now it is retracted. However now when I turn on the camera I have a blue screen with the prompt "Date and time have been reset and two options 1. set date and time 2. Cancel. The ok button does nothing and I can't move down or up on the options.
My Kodak camere was really not dropped. I put in new batteries and the camera only gives me one shot and I have to turn it off and try again. I can plug the camera into a charge cord and I can take all the pictures I want. Is it possible the 2 batteries are not enough to power the camera
