My mp3 player is frozen what do i do???? how do i fix it?? please help me

i connected it to the usb thing on the computer and when i took it out it just keeps on saying usb connected

i have the same problem, and it always happens even if i let the battery die and then charge it again it just ends up happening again :"( what should i do?

That happened to me and i just let the battery die, and when i turned it back on it started working again...thank god, cause i was going mental!

You could try to connect it to the computer that happened too me once and it worked for so why not give it a try.
