If there is no error message dont worry it just needs a routine service if it does have an error message what is it? it will start with an E example : e04-21 kind regards Dr Bob1

Panasonic DP1820E check printer E02-02 red spanner

yep!
e2-02 means there is a machine error of lifting motor assembly for tray #2.
For sure this time you can't use your tray #2.
you may check it sometimes there's just a paper clogged at the rear of the paper tray. just remove your 2nd tray to see if there is a paper clogged inside. Otherwise the cover/case of the lifting motor is damaged and you will need a service technician to fix and replace it.

Spanner nut removel

Hi, The proper tool is P# TB123A.
You can also use a coal chissle and a hammer. Be careful that part of the spanner nut doesn't break off and hit you with the chissel. It takes a preety solid hit to losen the nut.
Hope this helps. If it does, please rate my comments and how I did in helping you. You can order the wrench as well as any other parts on my web site

The machine shows spanners

Hi,

If you press the ' clear ' and ' 8 ' button, at a time both has to be pressed continuously then after two to three seconds you can see some code like "c44", "c43", c26, "c01".

the spanner means it is call for service. you have to call a service engineer if the symbol is blinking even though you may clear some of these with the codes.

These spanner blinks then it is saying that some part has gone bad and it need the replacement , service, reset of the code. any one of the three.
