My Digix Tab-720 is stuck on Android screen

Won't go past Android logo.

my tablet went completely dead for a while i just got a new charger for it, and it goes straight to the android screen but cuts right back off before it ever powers on i need help pleaseeeeeeeeeee

I had the same thing happen to my Digix Tab 720 last night. This happened after I reset the tablet to factory settings. I left it charging over night and this morning, it is working perfectly. Hope this helps.

Why won't my Digix TAB-840 will not turn on

There are a couple reasons why your tablet may not be turning on. Has the tablet been fully charged? You may try using a different charger (with the same plug in port type) to see if that helps.

Does it power up but does not load the screen (or gets stuck in boot up)? This could be resolved by reflashing or doing a hard reset. You can get this information from the Contelusa.net website under the SUPPORT tab and DOWNLOADS.

Otherwise you may need to return the tablet to the manufacturer under the 1 year limited manufacturer warranty. As long as the tablet is not physically damaged, you have a receipt from the retailer (or order confirmation), and you purchased from an authorized retailer (they can tell you if it is or not) then you are good to go. Go to contelusa.net and then click on the SUPPORT tab and choose RMA Portal.
