If you have a HDMI connection at both ends you should be getting HDMI audio on your TV from your laptop.

I own an acer aspire 5332 laptop, an don't know how to connect it to my hdmi television? what lead do i use? as a normal both ended hdmi lead won't work?? can you help me pleas, or to go somew

If your model does not have an HDMI out connector (the maual indicates not all models do have this, you can purchase an HDMI card for your PCI express slot and add the functionality to your laptop.
There are also plenty of USB to HDMI converters that can turn your USB port into an HDMI port.
Hope this helps

Problem with the Acer Aspire 3690 (LX.AFL0J.044) PC Notebook no sound on tv i have connected via s video and rca i have picture but no sound

The rca lead only connects the video, you need to also use an audio cable from the earphone socket to the audio in on the tv.

How to connect aspire to emerson tv dvd combo. iconnected vga to aspire and one to emerson but still no picture and sound

Sound? You not going to get but picture you will get.
You need to lower the resolution in your display properties then try again.
if you hooking it up via hdmi make sure the resolution is set for the low first then you can adjust it later.
