Question about Polaroid V30DMBT-UP2 Television
You most likely have bad power inverters in these TV sets. The power inverters are what power up the backlights in these sets and is a very common problem.. Only the power inverters as a complete assembly can be replaced but is not really a job a user, as only trainer repair persons should attempt this repair because of the high voltages involded and the expense of the part. You can contact Polaroid to find out where you can get this set fixed. Good Luck

I am not sure if I understand what you are saying,
Are you saying it is in the power supply?
Even thow the screen shows color bar and I see the image for 15sec?
I am trying to send a video of what I am talking about.
I have two 30" V30DMBT LCDS TVS that power up it has sound change channels, when I change the channel I see a picture but it fades away and displays pattern bars or test bars with the sound of the program or tv show that is playing.
In direr need of help, could you please put me in the right direction of repair, on what the problem is and where I can get schematic and part if I need them I repair arcade games and monitors I also repair computer monitors.
I am sending a attachment to show what I am talking about in advance.
Thank You
Tony
