My pansonic tv model ct-13r37s won't turn on by

if their is no any power indicator at the front panel the cause is either the primary fuse at the power supply section blown. and then if the fuse is blown that was mean the regulator transistor and the horizontal out put transistor could also damaged. this case can be hand held by trained technician. if you want a do it with your own just make sure you have at least a basic knowledge in electronic repair since you are dealing with some high voltage parts a care must be needed.

I cut the tv off with a universal remote and now it won't come back on??

Its a 32 Inch Panasonic ( indicated here) a lot of these were Famous for the 6.3 amp glass line fuse inside blowing for no reason.

Make sure if the fuse is bad get a good one and not a generic from Radio Shack--------Let me know if you have questions.

Pansonic NV-HS960 will not accept signal from Remote control

Obvious things first check the battery, check nothing is blocking the signal area. If still no look try another remote, you might have to buy a cheap universal one. If that doesn't work then the remote sensor in the VCR has a fault in it.

Pansonic CT-32HXC14

This is a bad connection in the power supply, or a bad connection in the high voltage supply, and could also be expensive to repair if the regulator board is intermittent. I say if you can take it back, good riddance. Good Luck
