Question about Magellan Roadmate 760 GPS Receiver
Could be the above...but in my case I just opened up the unit and tightened up the connections from the "hard drive" to the circuit board [these "straps" just push in] they shake loose after many miles and just need to be snugged up every once in a while....IT WORKED FOR ME!!!!

This problem comes up quite often and normally I'd swap out the PCB Keypad, or the circuit board behind the keypad. This problem never was clearly defined to me so I don't have any ez fixes that wouldn't involve scavenging off of another unit. If you can do this, then take the hard drive and that PCB board that I'm talking about. good luck -Daniel
