Hi How Is Everyone,I Am Having Weird promblems With My Mp3 Player Everytime I Turn It On It Just Says Please Wait And That's It Then After A while a long while it Will shut off < I Changed The Battery < Plays Fine on My Pc /But No Rally Function ( When I press Buttons does Nothing ) Anyway I Don't Know What Happened I Tried Contacting Creative Thur Email And Phone Nothing, So I Don't Know What to Do Can Anyone PLease Help Thanks Have A Great Day < Email [email protected]>

    I tried to take it a part and see if anything is wrong in the inside. Then i tried to turn it back on and the light came on and then it cut back off.

    did the same thing with the my Creative Muvo TxFm 258 Mb, after starting it also succumb to Please Wait then automatically turned off even my batteries are new

    i have that same problem plus that my creative movu tx fm 256m shuts down dies when the earpiece jack is inserted, or even when it slightly ...actually very slightly.. hits anything... a little movement and its power is gone. i had to turn it on again just to shut down after awhile....s.o. s.

Try holding down the button for several seconds? If you just hit it for a second, it says "Please wait", but then the "please wait" message will go away, and the song will be paused. After the song is paused for a long time, it will eventually think you forgot about it and turn off to save battery life. Just keep holding the button until it actually turns off. I think it takes 3 seconds of holding the button down.

it may be due to old version of your firmware.
follow the procedure as i told..


it can be done easily.

1.all you have to do computer having net facility.
2.go to creative.com
3.search there for a keyword named "mp3 player recovery tool"
4.from there download that tool ,install it in your pc .then it will automatically detect your drive,it will format it.and will install latest firmware.

Creative Muvo V200 please wait . . . . problem

My MuVo was having problems until I installed the latest firmware. The last firmware release was in March 2007. If you haven't updated the player's firmware since then, try downloading it and installing Creative MuVo V200 Firmware 1.13.03.

If you can't get your computer to even recognize the player anymore, you could try reinstalling the Creative Mass Storage Driver 1.07.00.250.

My MuVo was having problems until I installed the latest firmware. The last firmware release was in August 2006. If you haven't updated the player's firmware since then, try downloading it and installing Creative MuVo V200 Firmware 1.13.03.

If you can't get your computer to even recognize the player anymore, you could try reinstalling the Creative Mass Storage Driver 1.07.00.250.

try to reformat your mp3 player. maybe it contains malicious programs and viruses when you connect it to the computer.

MuVo TX FM 256mb

hey slimmer, i have that problem too with my muvo tx fm player (256 mb). I`ve visited the site creative.com and downloaded CT-RT_PCAPP_INT_1_0_8_2 and MuVoTXFM_PCFW_1_24_02_a softwares to see if the problem is resolved after install and use them but If not, and you find the solution first, please send me a mail to [email protected]. Of course, if i have the solution first i will send you a mail telling how to do about or i will post the solution here in fix ya. It`s hard for me to do jogging without this device...

MY FROZEN MP3!!!!

My MuVO TX was having problems until I installed the latest firmware. The last firmware release was in March 2007. If you haven't updated the player's firmware since then, try downloading it and installing Creative MuVo TX FM Firmware 1.24.02.

If your computer is having problems even recognizing the player, you could try reinstalling the Creative Mass Storage Driver 1.07.00.250.

If you really want to wipe the MuVO's files and start over:
  1. Plug your player into your computer
  2. Right-click on "My Computer"
  3. Select "Manage"
  4. Click on "Disk Management"
  5. One of the volumes listed should be your MuVO. You can right-click on it from here, and select "Format." (This will not erase the firmware that makes the player work, so don't worry about that. The firmware is stored else.)
