Writing using pen touch screen in messages?

try to make a new message then select sms (not flash message) and send it to your phone number or others phone number will do... just update me if your problem still persist....

There is an app on the market called Ibrahim Arabic Keyboard that is free. Download and install it and you should be able to write sms messages in Arabic.

I have a WM6.1 device, which has threaded SMS,and I can tell you that whenever a message is selected and displayed on-screen, there is a blank bar at the bottom of the screen, which, if the cursor is elsewhere, I just have to tap over that bar and start writing there, then tap on 'Send', in order to reply to that message.
Hope that your WM version behaves like that too.

touch the START menu on the top left of your screen, touch on MESSAGING, select SMS/MMS account by touching, that will take you to your inbox. then just touch the MENU on bottom right of screen and select NEW... then touch SMS. It will ask you to add contact 1st. then touch screen where text goes till curser appears then type either by keyboard buttons or middle bottom of screen if you touch a electronic version of keyboard will appear you can use stylis to type on screen keyboard. Then bottom left of screen hit SEND. message sent message will come on screen when msg sent.... Goodluck

you're probably resting your hand while you're writing...
this happend to me when i attempted to draw/write/what have you.
the computer can't differentiate between the pen tip and your hand, so what you need to do is disable your finger as a pointing device:
1) go to control panel
2) click on the mobile pc
3) go to pen and input devices
4) you should see a TOUCH tab. click on it.
5) uncheck the box that says "Use your finger as an input device."

This should help. obviously, you lose the capability to use your finger, and the whole idea of touchscreen in general, but you can always enable this after drawing or taking notes.

the p168c doesn't support handwriting, sorry. and you have to choose to 'save and send' when sending sms - otherwise it doen't keep them!

I think unistalling some software has caused this trouble. Re install that software to solve issue.
If you still have issue u can hard reset your phone by seeing in User Manual

Make sure you back up all important data from your phone on your pc using activesync

You could try a hardreset to restore the device to the default rom.

Note it will remove all your personal files stored in the phone, everything in storage cards will stay. you may have to reinstall some applications after it. but a hard reset it worth it if it solves the problem.

is it happened only when writing a message or in any condition. if only in sms message screen, then do a master reset. if any condition, then its a lcd problem
