Small blade is loose

Check your clutch belt and your blade belt ... sounds like one fell off the pulley or broke

Remove all screws first. The door pull and/or armrest will have large screws to remove. Check under the door handle for a small screw on the trim piece. Check for any other screws. Now the bottom and sides of panel will have plastic pins about every 8 inches along. Slip a putty knife or slim blade under the door panel to pop out the plastic pins. They are easily broken, be careful, but replacement pins can be had at a parts store. When all loose pull panel out at the bottom, lift up to clear the window channel, unplug all electrical connectors, and anything else holding the panel. Set the panel aside, and peel back the protective water shield (plastic liner-there to keep mold and moisture from inner side of panel and electricals- can be re-glued back into place when done). Now the window motor can be accessed. Good luck.

Here is a parts diagram. Item 52 is the ball. It fits behind item 49. Item 49 has a groove machined into it so that when it is moved it allows the ball to move away from the blade far enough to insert the blade. Once the lever is released the ball moves back and locks the blade into place.

I had the same problem twice. The first time happened when the blades were not swinging freely because they got gummed up with grass. So make sure your blades pivot easily.

The second time happened when the nuts came loose from the blade driver (the part underneath the deck that the large bolt goes through to hold on the blade assembly). I had taken the Swisher to a small engine repair place for servicing. They removed the blade assembly to sharpen the blades while it was there but put the old lock nuts back on without using any Locktight, so the nuts started to come off while I was cutting. Unfortunately, I did not notice this until after the blade driver got very loose and then got reamed out by the wobbling of the large blade assembly bolt. I had to replace the blade driver and its bolts and nuts.

It could be a few things:

1. Check the belt that drives the blades; it could be broken or slipping.
2. Make sure the PTO Switch/Lever is working properly. The cable could be broken, or the spring that sometimes help to engage the blade could be broken.
3. There may also be a large stick lodged in the belt that drives the blades.

Please follow the steps below on how to clean the roller of Lexmark E120.

1. Remove the fill plug from the right side of the cartridge. (Developer roller facing away from you). Dump out any remaining toner from the hopper.

2. On the left side, remove the two small screws and the gear cover.

3. Remove the center screw on the developer roller cover.

4. Lift up the developer roller cover from the center, and remove. Be careful not to damage the plastic pins on the cover.

5. Remove the doctor blade spring.

6. The doctor blade is now loose. Carefully lift it out, watching the contact spring on the right side. Also, be careful not to damage the retaining blade that is located under the doctor blade.

7. On the large black drive gear, there is a locking star washer pressed onto the shaft. With a small pair of wire cutters, cut the old washer off, and remove. You can try to bend up the different legs of the washer, but that is very time consuming, and most likely at least one leg will break anyway and the washer will still have to be replaced.

8. Remove the large black drive gear. Make sure you don't loose the small flat washer from under where the star washer was.

9. On the white developer roller gear, take the tips of your small wire cutters, and place them into the two small holes. Spin the gear so the metal shaft is in the slot on the opposite side of the gear. Remove the gear.

10. Remove all the gears.

11. Remove the three screws and gear alignment plate.

12. With a small flat head jeweler's screwdriver, pry off the metal lock from the developer roller bushing.

13. Turn the developer roller bushing so the plastic tab is facing up.

14. Lift the developer roller out of the cartridge. The bushing will come off with the roller.

15. . Clean out any remaining toner from the hopper. Make sure the developer roller retaining blade does not get damaged!
-->Wipe the developer roller down with a clean lint free cloth. Testing is ongoing, but for now, do not use any chemicals to clean it.

Do you have an old blade that you can cut down to slide in behind it and try tapping on that, also you didn't say what kind of blade lock this has, I just had one that dimpled the blade so I couldn't remove and had to take a small punch and knock the dimple back and it basically fell out. Let me know if i can be of more assistance

what's up led, the large viscous nut is loosened in the clockwise direction. after you remove the 4 nuts on the water pump, you should see one hole on each side of the water pump body. if you take 2 bolts out of the thermostat housing, you can use those to thread in the pump body holes.slowly tighten each bolt equally and the pump should come out. to install a new pump, lubricate the o-ring on the new pump and just push in by hand.

cheapest way is to go into appliance shops and look at other washers that are similar. note how theirs is assembled.
