When i updated my PSP i put in a game and it wouldnt read it or if i did it would bring me to the title screen and i woud pick load game or new game and for so long the Loading screen keept coming up. I tried all of my games and it would do the same thing. Before i updated my PSP it would read the game really fast and the loading screen would last for at least 20 seconds or less. Why would the update affect my PSP to not read the games?
Download the last update and it should work or try download the same game with the update already done

it appears your laser bluray has failed. very common. sony charges 150 for problem. you can get it fixed locally for about $100

you could try updating the firmware to the latest through the sony website? or download direct through the psp that way the game wont need to update, hope that helps.

you have to change your laser lens, thats probably what's wrong since your ps3 does not recognize the game when you insert it, you can chage it your self by buying a new laser lens for your ps3 if you do make sure to specify your playstation3 system i.e: Playstation 3 80gb or Playstation 3 SLIM 250 gb
