My motorola slvr l7 will not accept files, says files too large. also my phone wont format the memory card (2GB sandisk). please help

the space in your memory card might be not enought to receive a file and save. if the phone is not formatting the memory card, use a card reader.

Memory card problem

Hi.
Maybe there's something wrong with the compatability of your MMC with your phone. Try to buy a new a new one but this time try to buy the genuine one. By the way. was your memory card a generic one? Sometimes, other generic MMC wont work with the phone we've been using these days especially Nokia and Sony Ericssons phone. Genuine is expensives but its worth it. Or rather try buying a Kingstone or Transcend brands.
Hope that will help you.

File transfer through bluetooth fails....it shows not enough memory delete sme data first

hi, try to find mp3 file in size less than 2MB if its not ok then search the application 'SE_Explorer', using this program you will be able to view all files include hidden on your phone and our phone memory is limited to 5.4MB max.

Unable to upload songs to phone from computer

SUGGESTION: Read below and I hope your problem is related to this for a fix:Make sure they are MP3 and uploaded one at at time.  You then have to move each single file you send to your phone, to the EXTERNAL memory before the phone will accept another. The phone accepts many other audio file tipes, eg .aif  .wav etc which it stores outside the MP3 folder. It will play them but unless they are in the MP3 format your phone will malfunction if you use them as ringtones (even though the phone gives you the option to save other audio file types as ringtones!). Ringtone MP3s must always be stored to the PHONE to work though, so you are limited to the number of personalized ring tones you can assign.  I can help you with file conversion if you need. Hope this covers your problem.
