There is no such thing as a eurovox code, nor is the a Virgin Media code.

There will be NTL, TW, Ex CW etc codes

NB If you are in ROI codes will not help you as encryption has changed and the only new firmware available is for the following boxes

press menu, 1570, will bring up a screen with nagravision . EMU is set to ON press ok , you should be on a screen for codes. 00 go down to long code tab and change to the new ones saving each code entered. , go back to 00 tab abd press right to 01. go change codes saving each once done exit out .
