Dear sir; Streak line, I have two things come out from my mind I need to clear; no. 1 do you make copy through ADF and got streaking line? if your answer is "yes" would you to make another copy direct from glass plateform, if copy coming out same problem that's means you need to replace drum cleaning blade, if copy coming out perfect then you need to clean the glass especial the narrow piece if they have, try it out and let me know, good luck!

A E000070-0002 deals with the transfer belt. I believe it deals with the two tension arms, one may be broken...... It is not easy to get the unit out of the copier.... Good Luck

Canon image runner c3100 switched to dynamic ip addressing on new router but now ir c3100 does not work , i gave the printer an ip address and i can ping it from my computer and when i send print packets...

ok... turn dhcp on on the cannon... then turn it off and on... the cannon should pull the right settings... then turn dhcp off... and change the ip to the one you selected... all should be well after that... if it isn't... then you need to find the IP range of your router and get an IP address below it or above it.... say your IP address range is from 192.168.1.100 to 192.168.1.255 then you want an IP address below 192.168.1.100
