Oh yes, and good for the cholesterol too! But dont overcook them that they become soft and mushy, or all the nutrient value from the veggies will be lost.

Well, I'm glad you were able to sort that out. I tried looking for the manual, but unfortunately, couldn't find one anywhere. However, if I find one in the future , I will get back to this post and let you know.

The plastic plate that came with my rice cooker, what is it, I lost my manual

What is the actual model number? HB makes several and none of the current or listed ones are 37531.

37541 is a current model, also none are "10 Cup" and the "plate" or tray, is for steaming vegetables.
