1st You download Webcam Driver.
Installing my Camera
After this install the Webcam driver in the system.
Installation of Webcam Driver
Go to the control panel
Click on the System Icon
Click on the Hardware Tab
Click on the Device Manager s
Select the Unknown Device or printer device where yellow Question Marks sign on it.
Right click on it and uninstall it.
After this go to the top of the device manager and click on scan for hardware changes.
Driver installation Wizard start.
Brows Your Driver from the Hard Disk and click on next.
Driver will be install.

I had the same problem, veo333v just use the own driver for xp sp2 and use compatibility mode on windows vista, remember DO NOTconnect the webcam until finish loading the driver.

Check you have the latest XP drivers (check serial No.) for your cam on the link below, as the XP driver may work in Vista, but as yet there is no driver for Vista at Veo. http://www.veo.com/Stingray/drivers.asp

do not have the soft ware lost it how can I get this to work now

I lost my CD and have a new computer with Vista. how can i do download software?
My Veo webcam is not compatable with windows vista.Says I need to add hardware
