The phone got dropped in water it turned on after but the screen kept blinking on and off could still text and recieve text messages but then just turned off and wont turn back on can it be fixed all my information is on that phone

Well yoiu can try putting it in a bag of white rice and putting it on a shelf for a day or two,,but in reality that should have been done before you ever turned the phone back on,,its probably fried

its a common problem for much of the htc mobiles , even if u complain for the htc care they say they are trying to resolve it but thats not gona happen , i too had the same problem and just replaced it

Resetting the phone deletes
all data, including downloaded applications, and resets the phone back
to its initial state. Press HOME > MENU, then tap Settings >
Security > Factory data reset. On the Factory data reset screen, tap
Reset phone and then tap Erase everything. To reset the phone using
phone buttons, with the phone turned off, press and hold the HOME, END
CALL/POWER, and BACK buttons. The reset process will start after a few

Turn off the delivery report and read report.Open your message app ;Tap the "menu" button
select "Settings" ,scroll down to the MMS section
De-select the "Delivery reports" and "Read reports" options .
If you've not fixed this try turning off your Wifi .
