It is really going to need to have a scan tool on it than can take a snapshot of data when it acts up and can see what is going on and go from there.

I have a Limo, a Lincoln Town Car, 120". What tire pressure should I run in the factory Michelin tires? The door plate says 32 PSI but that is before the car was chopped and extended. I've seen on

Two thoughts:
1; Your tires may not be correct for the vehicle. Look at the tire, get the ratings off of them, and look that up on the Michelin website. Your tires may not be able to handle the extra weight. The rating should be something like "Load Rating B" or something like that.
2: While looking at the tires, they should also tell you the minimum and maximum tire air pressure.

WHAT AIRBAGS DO I USE IN A 1996 LINCOLN TOWNCAR 120 STRETCH LIMO ? FACTORY ORIGINALS ?

Hi:
You should be able to use factory original airbags in your stretch limo, because of all the modifying is done in the middle/rear of the car, and the front part is still original, other than suspension upgrades.

In my 2005 Lincoln Town car, when driving in wet weather on the interstate with the traction control on, the skid control in the dash lights up. and the engine stops. If I shut the traction control off,...

The Enhanced Traction System (ETS) is designed to limit wheel slip during acceleration. This objective is accomplished by cutting fuel to selected cylinders, retarding spark and upshifting the transmission. The EBCM monitors wheel speed slip through the ABS wheel speed sensors and determines the desired torque reduction needed to minimize wheel spin.
the wheel speed sensor may be bad

97 Town Car Limo wants to stall after big group gets in.

If its killing it self off blowing up the suspension have you checked it for leaks seeing if its just constantly blowing through a hole. Being a limousine owner my self I know if you have to much running at once such as both ACs, Music, lighting etc it does get rather upset when you ask it to power so much at once.

Best car to start a limo service?

Try edmunds.com and kbb.com and nada.com these are all good sources. I can tell you quite a bit about the town car though and expenses of maintenance.
