We have a very small dining room and would like to find a set of chairs that we can fold up when not in use. Can anyone recommend some good foldable chairs?

I recommend looking at the Ikea website. They have a few to choose from at a good price. They are not too difficult to assemble either.

If your looking for a small dinning room table for your grand kids that doesn't take up a lot of space you can check out Four Chairs Furniture. They are the best Utah furniture store and the best thing about them is that you can live anywhere and they can ship it to you. I was limited in space for my apartment and I found a great sofa and table from them. Check them out I know they will be a good fit for you.

The best dining room table shape for a room with limited space is a round table. You should look into finding one with an extension leaf if you have enough space to open it. Try looking for a table where you can fit more people around it by purchasing one with a pedestal base. This leaves more room for your guests legs without the legs of the table getting in the way.

We just bought a new dining room table and chair set. I am really worried that the chairs are going to scratch our hardwood flooring. Where can I buy some protection for the bottom of the chairs?

I too have a tiny kitchen and ran into the same problems. I had barely any space to fit an extra chair into the equation. So, I found a SpaceSaver highchair. I really hope this is what you are looking for because I really love it.
