so you have software issues with this relic PC.
missing drivers, and not stating what OS is loaded there?
XP? is it? if so say so, and get it at the makers web site.
Fixya makes no PCs nor stores any software or manuals.

the support there only does XP/VISTA/w7 , ONLY
That error is for missing shock protection device
it protects the HDD for if you DROP your PC,
it detects this fact and parks the hDD head, saving from disk crashes(doom )
it is not necessary at all and for sure if HDD is now a SSD with no disk or head s to protect, I have mine turned off in fancy HP laptop with 2 SSD inside.
the problem is there are so many drivers on the makers web page to find the correct one is not easy. and vast posts on all forums
related to this 1 issue, one poster found this driver to fix his w7.

upgrading from XP is impossible with out using the below updates correctly.
What Id do of w7 was upgraded is click and load all lines below with W7 in the title.
