Storage write fail
If you are unable to solve this problem using above mention solutions then you can try this one. Open all covers and then detach the DC controller board that is shown In picture below. it is the back side of DC controller board.
With this DC controller board you can see another small circuit bard that is attached with DC controller board with a white (ribbon) cable. I found two printers with this error when I examine the board I found that the thin print wires are broken as shown in the following picture. I have to connect these wires with soldering and now it is working fine.
If these printed wires are ok then you can check the ribbon cable .check all connectivity with Multimeter.
First you solve this problem with software.
Then try to find disconnected wires or dry soldering on circuit board.
Last you change the Dc controller board because the problem is in surly in DC controller board.

Hello,
It appears that there is a problem with either the internal hardrive if you have this option installed, or the removeable Jet direct card if you have one installed, thirdly, it could be bad memory or the main board.
Go to HP's website and perform a firmware upgrade for your model if there is one.
I would first remove any add on option like networkcard, memory .... then turn the machine back on and see if the error goes away. You can also go through the menu and perform a fatory reset, this however in the process loose your IP address.
Onece you have aliminated the options I would move onto the main board or FIRMWARE

Hi! I will be glad to assist you in this issue.
Usually all you have to do is initialize hard disk even if you do not have one.
Just turn off the printer. Turn the printer back on and when the memory starts
to count hold down the menu key until all three lights come on. When all three
lights are on solid release the menu button and press the arrow back button and
initialize disk should appear in the menu. Just hit the check mark button again
and it should take care of the problem.

HP 4015 NVRAM & hardrive initialization
Solution
A hard disk initialization will erase and reformat the printer's hard disk. Perform hard disk initialization only if an error code displays on the control panel indicating a disk error. Always try initializing the hard disk before replacing it.
1. Turn the printer on.
2. As the printer performs its power-on sequence, press and hold the Menu button until all three lights on the control panel are lit.
3. Press the back arrow . The message INITIALIZE DISK displays on the control panel.
4. Press OK. The printer initializes the hard disk and continues the power-on sequence.
CAUTION: Initializing NVRAM resets the serial number, the model number, the event log, the page counts, and the EIO card. Use the SERVICE menu to restore the serial number and page counts. You also need to reconfigure any computers that print to this printer to recognize the printer. Initialize NVRAM only when absolutely necessary. In most situations, use a cold reset to return printer to factory defaults but still retain the needed values in the SERVICE menu.
NVRAM initialization
Before initializing NVRAM, print a configuration page and a supplies status page to gather the service menu values
1. Turn the printer on and watch the control panel display.
2. When the display shows the memory count, press and hold the down arrow until all three lights on the control panel are lit
3. Press the up arrow .
4. Press Menu . The message SKIP DISK LOAD displays on the control panel.
5. Press the up arrow until NVRAM INIT is highlighted, and then press OK. The printer initializes NVRAM and then continues its power-on sequence.
daca aceasta procedura nu reuseste, atunci va trebui sa inlocuiesti formatter-ul. daca nu exista hard disk
Good luck

That Error code means a paper jam. If you can't find any paper, then could be a sensor. But thats unlikely. Its probably a tiny piece of paper stuck on the sensor.
Correct FAN you
need to change to solve this error is the one that is connected to the J75
connector (FAN103).
With the right side cover removed, the bad fan should be the one on the left side.
If you don't have printer repair experience find someone who has the training.
