Question about Samsung ML 2010 Laser Printer
Left hand side of every print I do is faded like this, to the point of illegibility: http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images/35/20120808163828.jpg/ (don't mind the noise) This has been going on with old cartridge as well as with NEW replacement cartridge. So it's clearly NOT cartridge- or ink-related. Manual suggest cleaning the LSU (long strip of glass) - but I cannot find it. No surface inside of the printer that I can find is not made of glass. Any suggestions? Thanks!
SOURCE: uneven black ink printing
This is the problem of the black developer in the imaging unit. Please contact authorised service center they will change for you.
