Here is the indicator light error page from the Service Manual
not printing green light flashing red one constant - ad60d8c.jpg
You will see there is no specific error of "Power flashing" with "Error On". The inference is that the Power light was doing someting to cause it to flash (e.g. jn cartridge change mode) when something went wrong to cause the "power no change" with "red light on" error. The most likely I think is "no cartridge" - or more likely "faulty cartridge looking like no cartridge". Have you tried re-replacing the cartridge with yet another. Other possibilities are some sort of mechanical jam. Please report back on this.

Fujitsu asta18lcc has a constantly fast flashing green light and the red light flashes slower 5 times with a small gap between each 5 flashes. Unit wont work at all apart from lights.

The red light (operation) flashing 5 times can be one of four things depending on the green light (timer) but the green light should flash at the same rate as the red light, not faster - either 2,3,5 or 6 times. Anything other than these is abnormal and you will need a tech to diagnose.
Could be a faulty controller board or compressor.

The red light is blinking and it doesn't print.

There are actually some certain meaning on the red light and green light showing different information to user. The summaries are:
1) Green On, Red Off = Printer Ready.
2) Green Fast-Flashing, Red Fast-Flashing = Printer warm up.
3) Green Fast-Flashing, Red Off = Printer off-line.
4) Green Slow-Flashing, Red Off = Processing Data.
5) Green Off, Red On = Cover Opened, Toner Empty or Developer Unit / Drum unit missing.
6) Green Off, Red Fast-Flashing = Paper Jam or waiting for jam reset.
7) Green Off, Red Slow-Flashing = Paper Empty or Paper tray is not inserted.
8) Green Off, Red Off = Printer power is off.
9) Green Very-Slow-Flashing, Red Off = Printer in sleep mode.
10) Green (any condition above), Red Slow-Flashing = Toner low or paper empty.

So what is your printer condition? Better know what is going on your printer so can solve the problem.

The printer will not work. The green bottom

The Print Cartridge Status light flashes when one or both of the print cartridges is improperly installed or malfunctioning.

1. Open the printer's top cover.
2. Remove and re insert both the black and colour print cartridges and try printing again.

If the problem persists then you need to replace either the black or the colour print cartridge.

I have a ML-2510, I turned it on and both the red light and green light flash constantly. Will not feed or print.

This answer may be a bit late but if this flashing of the red and green light is accompanied by a sound of a motor starting and stopping over and over, it is NOT toner, but a defective capacitor in the power supply. Here is a photo of the part that is creating the problem. I am not responsible for any harm done to yourself so please make sure you know what you are doing.
