Hirens boot not working on lenovo x201 - IBM Lenovo ThinkPad X201 Notebook

no country stated ,we are USA, and no x201 here, at all
no support for it on the USA forum, so where are you,?
its at ,(drum roll) Lenovo. co
every day there. to read.
problem is you failed to state the full model name.
so finding it hard,
it is a THINKPAD ,1-- years old today,.2008 made.

i see a Spanish PC her.
like this x201-3626 ) yours will be other suffic, and the best manauls are matched for the full model numbers not just X201

or in austraila. x201.?
its either that or USA support ended, at the lenovo usa site.

The Function key plus F2 will lock the computer. Press it again to unlock the computer.

You want to get it into safe mode, this can be done through spamming one of the F keys while its booting up, Either F5 or F8 most commonly. Once done enter in safe mode and there will be an ADMIN login with no password. Simply log in using that account and then go into account settings and delete the other profile.

Then insert this CD into the laptop/computer and boot up the laptop/computer with the Hiren's CD and follow the instructions. There are very useful utilities CD and it a Linux boot CD which contains quite a lot of Utility programs including a password removal program. Make sure you press it several times when trying to start your computer in "safe mode". As soon as you start your computer press F8 every second until the boot screen comes up.
