This problem happens when a mobile memory is full,sometimes accidentally drops the phone to the ground and turning off the phone by directly removing the battery while on a process like call,gaming etc.

Possible solution is, the mobile needs a software program that will make the system refresh,and this would be possible if you have a gsmgadget were only mobile service shop has in it.

Please restore factory settings in Settings option.

Im guessing that your settings is set to default for this to work..

-turn fone on.
-wait for a while to load up.
-press select button(middle).

There are two ways of doing this depending if your menu is set to grid or listing.Remembering is the key for it to work.

Grids:
-arrow down once
-select
-arrow up up once
-select
-select
-turn fone off after 5minutes and transfer to working fone.

List:
-arrow down 7 times
-select
-arrow up once
-select
-select
-turn fone off after 5minutes and transfer to working fone.
