Question about Lexmark X1150 All-In-One InkJet Printer

Connetion Problems My printer doesn't seem to connect to my computer I've uninstalled and re-installed all of the software I've tried rebooting my computer I've tried shutting off the pringter and trying again I've tried switching the USB ports Nothing will work Help?

Sometimes the printer is just faulty, is it a new printer? I had a Hp printer that did exactly the same thing your describing, turned out it was fualty from factory.

    Have you tried the printer on a different computer. Maybe the drivers became corrupt for the unit and they dont uninstall with the software.

    If it works on other computers may I suggest doing a system restore to a date when the printer was working...this may reverse the issues you are currently having. System restore has worked pretty good for me in the past.

This type of problem is often caused because recently installed software is incompatable with your current software. If you have installed any software since the printer last worked, try uninstalling this software first (this usually works).

If this does not solve the problem, or you have not installed any new software first run your antivirus/antispyware programs. Make sure that you disconnect your computer from the internet before running antivirus.

Try to use the Windows 7 driver from the Lexmark website. Uninstall the existing driver from your computer first. How to Uninstall Lexmark Printers. Reboot pc when prompted. I would reboot into safe mode, then run your anti-virus/anti-spyware software again, then try rebooting in regular mode and see if that fixes the issue. It sounds like it could be a hardware issue, though... possibly a loose connection or faulty screen, if the virus/spyware search doesn't pan out.

I've personally gone through this circle...ugh.
First - Reboot your computer, and your cellphone. Turn them both completely off, and back on.
If that doesn't solve it,
Second - UNinstall everything to do with your phone. Drivers/Software/Etc. Once that's done, Reboot your computer. Now reinstall the drivers/software/etc, and when that's finished, plug your phone in, let windows find and install what it needs to.
If THAT doesn't work,
Sometimes windows installs your phone as a modem, and then as a usb disk. It may be possible that you machine recognizes the modem first and runs a process to coincide with that. FInd that process and kill it, and you should be good to go!

Hi, We have an epson stylus office TX600FW (network) multifunction printer. We use it wirelessly. Connection to the printer has been lost recently. My partner has windows 7 and I have Windows Vista....

Uninstall the Epson Printer Software and then Reinstall it.You can Find the uninstaller in your Control panel ,once your in the control panel you will find the Icon labeled Programs and Features you will see a list of programs that are installed on computer.The programs will be listed alphabetically,find the Epson Printer,right click it and hit uninstall.After it finishes uninstalling,restart your computer,and after it reboots and your looking at your desktop,put the cd that came with your printer and follow the instructions during installation.Make sure you have a usb cable plugged in to your printer from your computer.Make sure you tell the installer that you want to use the printer as a network printer wirelessly.After its done installing you will want to restart your computer and after it reboots(restarts)then try to reestablish a connection with the printer so that you can print.Hope this helps and Good Luck.

COMPUTER DOES NOT RECOGNIZE SCANNER

Remove the printer from the printers list. Uninstall the driver software for the printer. Then do a search, using search for files and folders, looking for any files that are related to the samsung SCX4826FN and delete the files found.

Restart your computer. Unplug your printer. Re-install the Samsung software and shut down you computer. Re-connect the printer to the computer and start up your computer. The computer will find the new hardware and look for the driver you installed. The driver should install automatically.

This process should re-new all the connections to your all in one printer/scanner.

Connecting 2 HP printers to my computer

Ignore the error.

Disconnect both printers. Uninstall both sets of software. Download and install the F4210 software. Plug in the printer go through the steps and print a test page. Shut down the computer and disconnect the printer. Reboot and download and install the second set. Connect the printer to a different USB port and complete the installation. Shutdown, connect the other printer to the original USB and reboot
