No clue TV has a thin green line across the screen and when any words are streaming across the screen, ESPN, etc., they "trail" off of the screen. (Downward) TV is 3 years old. Also, very top left hand corner "droops" down. Help? Thanks.

If the lines are across the screen there is a good chance there is a power supply/ inverter problem in the TV. If the lines are thin pencil lines up and down there could be a problem in the display panel,

If the lines aren't appear at least in one input or in smart apps then theres no posibility that the time-control is malfunctioning.the more logical is mainboard is isn't working right . could you provide me with more info and maybe a photo i'm sure I can get you a better and more advanced answer to that

looks like it is the cable co faults,wait a few days then ask them to send a tecniction to check your problem,hope this help

the problem is vertical collapse,i am not so sure you can trouble shoot this on your own but you can send the board to eithor pts electronics or tristate module for repair
to get a price get the number off the sticker--left hand board(looking from the back) it will start CTC195---- write down entire number before you call them

ptc or decosing coil is bed or notworking proper so u have replace it

intermintence in vertical IC deflection its a job for experienced tech need to look for that circuit and do fine job resolding that IC

have you tried the convergence option in the menu? i believe it is under "picture". this allows for nine different sections of the screen to be adjusted when projection images get out of whack.
