Press the on button for 30 seconds, then release it and wait a second or two and press it again. Hopefully it'll power up. I have to do that with mine every once in a while.

dmerunka,

hi, just want to ask if, before you've dowloaded song to your mp3 have you scan it for possible virus? it's adviceable to scan 1st all dowloaded song before transferring to mp3 player for some of it have imbeded malware and virus. most common virus is the brontok which will freeze your played files then shut it off.

try to download " ESET nod32" anti virus and scan your mp3 for possible virus infection. NOD32 have a free trial and can still work even if the trial period expired.

cheers,
mark

Mp3 player

The songs are in the wrong format or do not have sufficient play rights. Redownload the song in mp3 format and try again.

Skipping songs

This generally happens when the music is encoded at a low "bitrate", its called clipping. Only solution is to remove the songs from the device. Best of Luck.
