Quinny pushchair HI WE HAVE PURCHASED A QUINNY ZAPP XTRA ON THE 8TH OF JUNE 2012 FROM '' BABYS-MART.CO.UK ''AND WAS ****,WE GAVE IT A TRY BUT AFTER 1 WEEK GOT WORSE.......HANDLES DIDN'T DO CLICK SO WERE NOT TIGHT, HARD WHEELS SO OUR NEWBORN BABY'S BODY WAS SHAKING INSIDE, BABY WAS IN DANGER OF FALLING TWICE CAUSE SPACE BETWEEN SIDEBARS GOT BIGGER AND THE PUSHCHAIR DID'N'T CLING PROPERLY ON BOTH SIDES, VERY DISSAPOINTED AND SCARED AND WANT TO EXCHANGE IT BUT WE CAN'T GET AN AGREEMENT WITH THE COMPANY.WE'LL WRITE WATCHDOG AND EVERYWHERE TO COMPLAIN.WE ARE NOT SURE IF THIS MODEL IS **** OR BRAND OR THE PUSHCHAIR WE HAVE BEEN SENT.WE SPENT ALL THE MONEY FOR A PROPER BRAND AND GOT A ****.WHAT CAN WE DO CAUSE THE PUSHCHAIR IS STILL IN WARRANTY REGARDS GIORGIO PISU

There are two blackclips on the top inside handles pull these gently to loosen the seat cover. Then repeat on the bottom. You will also have to unbutton the back of the seat (there are two black straps) then half fold the buggy and pull the seat towards you. Its a bit niggly and frustrating but does eventually come off.

Hi this usually only happens if you have bags on the handle bar, they can not take the weight mine did the same I bought those clips thinking oh!!!! very handy, but as soon as I add bags that happened.
