Greetings shayank! Welcome to the Windows Phone forums! Please try the following steps: remove your battery from the phone and wait a few minutes. re-insert the battery, but do not turn-on. plug in your (micro) USB charging cord to your A/C adapter and plug that into your phone. Once externally powered, the phone should then boot-up. Please watch the device to ensure a complete boot sequence. At this point, if it does boot, then you'll want to check the battery level to ensure a good charge.

I cannot find anywhere to add a new contact in my phone...how do I add new contacts?
Here is the manual for LG Optimus 7 E900 Smartphone, on page 41 of the PDF for how to add a contact and other things,

or, here's my own run down:

1.) On the start screen, touch the People application.

2.) Click the + to add a picture to the contact.

3.) After you're done adding all the info, just save and you're done!
