Katherine, there is an internal fuse on microwaves. First, make sure you un-plug the microwave and then you will need to take the cover off of the unit. You will find screws on the back and sometimes the sides that hold the cover on. Once you have the cover off, look for where the power cord goes into the machine. There will be three wires coming out of the power cord, one black, one white, and one green. Follow the black wire and it will usually take you right to the fuse in a holder, or to a circuit where the fuse will be located. You will need to look at the end of the fuse to see what amperage fuse you will need. Most microwaves use either a 15 or a 20 amp fuse. Make sure you replace with the identical size fuse. If it blows again right away, that means you have further problems and should have it looked at by a regular repairman. Hope this helps!
More than likely it could be a fuse. Go to an auto zone autoparts that does not have a lot of customers or they will be too busy to help. Check the parking lot when you are driving by an auto zone, if it looks kinda empty that would be the right time to go there and ask if someone can check your car, to see if you have a bad fuse.. Good luck.
No bulbs on an 01. Odometer is digital readout. I pulled my cluster and jiggled the plug at the top of the cluster. I had to pull out the blue keeper on the plug (and broke it) to loosen the plug. It is hard to remove. The odometer came back on but went off when I replaced the cluster. I finally got it to stay on (pushed the bottom of the cluster) but it went out a few days later. I checked the wiring from the tranny to the fuse block. It was rubbing on the steering shaft but no broken wires. Check IGN1 fuse on fuse block in left side of dash. Another tip said change the main batteries if they are swollen (mine is). Dealer said the cluster goes bad sometimes - $250 to replace. Could be a loose solder joint on bottom of cluster where the odometer is. Cluster may be hard to disassemble.
The fuse is contained in a compartment just above, but integral to the plug receptecle on the unit (where the cord plugs into the unit). First unplug the cord from the unit. Next pry the fuse out with a small straight screw driver. If you own the 110v version (as opposed to the 220v unit) you'll need the 1.6 amp slow blow fuse. For the 220v unit use the 1 amp slow blow fuse. Just match up the fuse you remove from the unit. The above information was found in the manufacturerers owner manual. hi, if you follow the leads that come from the top of the spark plugs where all these leads plug into is the distributer their will be four leads running along the outside going to each spark plug then the lead that goes into the center of the distributer goes to the coil.
So if you follow the four ht leads from the spark plugs what these all plug into is the distributer, if you are removing the distributer then make sure you mark where each lead goes as you need to put them all back in the right place. Its best if you mark say the first lead with a 1 and then write a one onto the distributer where that lead goes into use permanent marker pen to do this so it dont rub off. getting the leads the wrong way round will mean the car will either miss fire or not run at all so just keep it all marked up properly.
Let me know how you get on or if you need further assistance ok
my friend you have a power supply problem, check the fuses, replace any blown one and if blows the fuse again you need someone with electronics skills to replace one the yokes that is bad, usually is the red.
Fan turned on after cooking because a thermostat got to hot and tripped turning on the fan to try to cool the unit. The unit went completely dead when thermal fuse tripped which is located above the cavity on the left side.
