that's got t o do with personnel preference and room lighting , but as a general rule adjust color hue's till the edges of a white color object on screen has just lost its primary color edge
the older projection TV's actually have voltage numbers for the service tech to adjust them too , but im not remembering seeing any in the LCD manuals
Fault at its main digital board. Short circuited component/s at it. Contact any service technician; or the authorized service center. If you wish to get some details; check the site linked here. Pull up older posts. http://electronicshelponline.blogspot.com/
Have a very close look at the blue and see if it's perfectly uniform across the whole screen. If it is then altering the hue or colour temperature settings in the menu may help. If it's not then either there are heaps of pixel failures (appearing as small rectangular spots) or degradation of the polarisers (green may be affected more than the others). If you show the menu, do the white areas appear bluish. If the lamp is very old then colour changes start to happen.
If you used the exact replacement lamp then your tv has a defective light engine, call mitsubishi and make noise they might be willing to help with the cost- around $800 to $1200

and see if the printed colors are "true" to what you see on the computer-screen.
Occasionally printer cartirdges can clog and become unusable after refilling them several times. Also, if a printer cartridge has been "dry" for a long period it may experience the same problem. Your best bet is to buy replacement cartridges for any colours that show problems on the test page. If there is a blue & green hue to your printing that would suggest that the magenta is not printing and should be replaced.
when battery is installed the screen shows 4 even space bars...the top
one red, then green, blue and white with the word "bootload v 0.24" in
the red bar and "SD" in the green bar and its frozen there. I've tried
soft reset, system reset, and hard reset...nothing works.
This is not 3 phase power...you have two legs of 120 ...the red wire? This leg is not a voltage source therefore that wire is not going to fire up that lug ...you only need 3 wires to make this circuit and a neutral is a redundant leg for this box
