here are some tv codes that you may find for your citizen tv model.the list are 002, 112, 319, 402, 407, 502, 512, 701, 805, 906. aside from those code click this universal remote control which have tv codes it might have compatible to your unit.make sure the remote control was properly set up so that the tv unit must recognized the codes. good luck i hope it will help you.
I am sending you links to all the codes I have found so far.Older style TV's have 3 digit codes and flat panels USUALLY have 4 digits.VCR codes are 3 digit codes.No matter what brand the universal remote is,the TV codes are just about a universal number also.Make a list.Some of the links are newer and probably have repeat numbers but contain a couple extra codes.The first 3 links are 3 digit TV codes.The last is 4 digits for flat panels.A couple of the lists also have VCR codes,a couplr are TV only.If any codes do not work for either one,just reply back here and let me know and I will get an autolink to your post and I will reply ASAP.Also,I would like to know if the TV is a flat screen or not so I can research further.Good luck! Need 5 digit codes for Direct TV remote, not 3 digit. I have a RCA flat screen and tried all 16 codes as per instruction from online PDF manuel and none of them work for me either.
I contacted the manufacturer's customer service department, who advised me to return the unit to the vendor. Walgreen's took it back, without a sales receipt, for store credit.
