Question about Toshiba 32AF41 32" TV

Toshiba 27A51 TV won't power up, relay clicks twice

When power button is pushed, there is the normal relay click as it tries to power up. Almost immediately, there's a 2nd click and it powers down.

I've been trying to find a service manual, or at least a schematic.

Must be some of parts broken down. you have to check powersupply thorougly.

No picture just clicking noise

bulbs burnt right out. old old old tv. needs to be replaced. it would be cheaper to grab another tv then to try and repair this.

Toshiba Color TV Relay clicks slowly. TV does not come ON.

Electrolitic Capasitors in the power supply going or being bad will cause this. At some point a low value resister also will start to run hot or burn up. I believe it it a 16v 1500 uf cap near the relay. I would also replace any 10uf 160v caps in the powersupply too.

My tv won"t turn on.

1. Hold [menu] and [vol-] button on the side of the TV
2. while holding these, press the [power] button on the side of TV (NOT remote)
3. blue light comes ON and stays ON
4. wait 10 seconds then let go of [menu] and [vol-]
5. wait another 30 seconds and some type of picture should appear

I think this is right. I got it from the JVC call centers guys so sorry if I missed or messed up a step.

Toshiba cf32c50 tv will not turn on

This is a typical condition if the power supply has failed or a power-consuming circuit the supply services has exceeded a predetermined current draw. The relay you hear is preventing further damage or even fire.
You will need local tech help with this.

Will not power up

your problem is in flyback or high voltage section failure.

check horizontal output transistor
check fly back transformer.
check for supply to horizontal section as high voltage from power supply may create such problem
as this failure is due high voltage section so it is better to take skilled technician help.
