I have minor shutdown problem with mail, won't close or shut down. My ans top left APPLE drop down, force closure, turn of each programme listed. For me works a treat.
I would bet you have a bad sensor. There are a couple of sensors that monitor heat. When it gets too hot they shut it down as a safety precaution. Once it is cool enough it will start up again.
That is a software issue with the OS. Was it always like this? If not, try a system restore to some time in the past when you know the unit was working fine.
Hold the power button in for a few seconds it will shut down. Then unplug system and push the power button down with it unplugged then replug it in and power up again. Then do a proper shut down again to see if the problem fixed. I hope this assisted you. John
The real problem is already informed you by the unit itself.
For us technician it was obvious that you have a faulty output I.C.
Your unit automatically shuts off to avoid further damaged most especially to the speakers.
I've advice you to look for a qualified technician/service center to replaced the output I.C.
After that your unit will back to normal again........
