It's possible you activated the anti-theft system when you pulled the relay. Look for a security light to confirm this. If that's the case, insert your key into the drivers door and turn as if unlocking the car. If the security light isn't on, you may have inadvertently blown a fuse when replacing the relay.
I am in the same boat as you are. My wife and I had watched the Steeler MNF game yesterday evening and today when I went to turn on the Pens game, all I got was a blinking red light and a "power on" sound...wtf...Can anyone help? I'm definitely not a techie nor have I ever soldered anything...
