Your computer isn't recognizing the camera and you may need to install some software in order for it to do so.

Another thing? Are you trying to charge it? In my experience, Jazz cameras will only charge with an adapter that is usually included with the camera. Hope this helps.

The drivers for the camera are available here: http://www.vupointsolutions.com/downloads.php?d=drivers for supported versions of Windows. I believe this includes the manufacturer's software to get the video off the camera. It doesn't include any third party software. You need to set the camera to USB stream. You may be able to find instructions to do this in your manual.

How long do I need to charge

You don't have to buy one.

Go to Power Search Tools and download the software.
www.powersearchtool.com

Once you have downloaded the software, you will see a symbol for your browser callled PST and to the right a symbol called POWER, click that tab, and enter the format of file you would like to download. I preffer adobe, it is the most common.
