I need to know how to change the region on a alba DVD1620BUK to region 0 to be able to play all regions of dvd's

When it is region lock it will say it on the display, if the player is not reading any disk, it is more likely a lens problem, see below:
Try first using a lens cleaner disk, like the ones here.
If
that does not work, the unit must be disassembled, and lense cleaned
with q tips and isopropyl alcohol or cleaning solution. See below:
