My camera stays in the "No Flash" mode and I cannot toggle to the "Forced flash" Mode. It stays in "No Flash" no matter what I do.
Look for the 3 boxes icon (multiple shot mode) on your lcd screen at the top. Toggle the button for this (by the shutter button) until it goes away. this has 3 modes. My wife does this all the time!
