You need to go to the manufacturers website to order the part.. the manufacturers name will be on the back plate of the tv where its dated and manufactured.they will carry the part there.or try the protron website to see if anything comes up on there . protron is an off brand and i cant remember who made them right off but it will be on the back of the tv

Alternatively go to any local shop with TV repair, show them the old power adaptor and get a compatible one with same specs.

Protron parts are not distributed in US, if there is availability you can contact Vance Baldwin, that is the biggest part distributor in US, if they do not have it you will need to buy from overseas.

Protron. com does not exist, as Protron are manufactured in China, rebranded, and Protron do not have a web site.
Can't you just follow a simple advice and call (800) 432-8542 , if they do not have it the only choice is either buying a compatible one, or ordering from abroad.

In order to issue a refund, I thin you should provide information about the Ebay seller that you found, which is selling same parts.
Please provide a link to the ebay seller, otherwise I must assume it is one the same sellers provided here, in that case the refund would be unrightfull.
