Rajdeep - just to be sure I have this right - am i using the WD-40 on the connectors where the batteries and sim card go in, or am I supposed toopen another part of the camera? If it's the latter, I don't know how to do that. Buy a WD40 liquid thine silicon spay and then open the camera body. Now spray the solution on the circuit board & batter connector. Clean them by dry clean cotton. Don't use spray on lens. After that fix the camera and then insert the new battery and see the result.

to clean acid leaks you use baking soda or sodium bi-carbonate in water solution then clean of with fresh water
vinegar is an acid and acid will not neutralize acid so it will come back when dry
as for the rest it is possible that the soldered joints for the wires are affected and may have to be resoldered or the copper in the wires has also corroded away.
Your car got wet when the widow broke & now it stinks inside. My motor coach stinks because the roof was leaking water. The house stinks because the roof leaks. HERE IS HOW TO FIX IT LIKE NEW FOR UNDER $12.00 first, fix where ever the leak is. NOw your couch, chair, rug, car seat & rugs, clothes, bed whatever, stinks because mold, mildew & fungus is growing all over.
depending on the size of the area buy 1 gallon,2 gallons or 3 gallons for large rooms, motor coaches, etc of WHITE VINEGAR which usually costs $2.25 to 3.00 per gallon. Spray lots on anything that is mildewed, moldy of has fungus growing. the white vinegar will kill mold, mildew and fungus, within 30 minutes ,on contact. The white vinegar will not stain clothes, carpets ,car seats or uphostered chairs however, i would keep it away from finely finished woods as it might possibly affect the fine finish. It probably wont, but test a small area that is not conspicious, just in case there is any reaction. the white vinegar is often used in salid dressings , so aside from the room or car or your clothes smelling like salid dressing for a couple of days , no other side effects. the smell goes away, even from areas that you drenched in white vinegar, in a tops of 3 weeks. If you need the smell to go away faster, open all windows and direct a 20 inch box fan at the smelly area. anyway, the vinegar smells a lot better than the mold & mildew. It will save your cloths, your bed, your car, your interior rooms in your house, basements, garages, wood sheds, even wood lumber, that has been left outside too long, as long as the wood is not rotten. The easiest way to apply the white vinegar is full strength and just pour the white vinegar right from the bottle into a 1 gallon pump up ortho sprayer, and spray your mildew room, rug, car seats, motor coach, basement, clothes or whatever. I has two rooms in my house get a good soaking in that big hurricane 2 years ago, sandy, i think it was called, and 3 days later the mildew smell was so bad i couldn't stay in either room. So I let everything in the room have it ,liberly, except for the tv set, which i kept dry. The next day,i could only smell the mildew very faintly and the vinegar a lot,so i opened the windows and turned the 20 inch box fan on. I let the windows open 24 hours with the box fan on, after 24 hours, i could still smell a little vinegar,so i turned off the fan but left the windows open for another day. I was able to go in & watch tv again, but had some of the vinegar smell, not bad, but i kept looking for a salid to eat. 2 weeks later, the vinegar smell was completely gone but i noticed a faint mildew smell from the rug, so i gave the rug an even better soaking with vinegar. I had not applied enough vinegar to the rug to get down into the underpading where some mildew had survived and started to grow again. after the second application to the rug, It again took 3 weeks for the vinegar smell to disappear but the mildew smell was gone forever. The vinegar did not stain anything and i even applied *** to cloths that had gotten mildewy smelling in a leaky closet. 24 hours after i sprayed the clothes,i washed them and am wearing one of the shirts, restored to like new, as i type this. So,sometimes, you need a second application. sometimes you dont.one spray will do if you dont have rug underpading that needs to be really soaked good. I have used the white vinegar on lumber left outside, sprayed it good and came back in 3 hours ,after it dried and started cutting the wood to fit on my mail box mounting. This stuff really works good.try it and i am sure ,you will like it.
Cheapest way to apply white vinegar is to empty your windex bottle into a jar, fill the windex bottle with white vinegar and have fun pumping the trigger about 400 times. works good for small areas if you dont have arthuritis in your hands.
When is the last time it was cleaned? That's usually the issue & the quickest fix. If the Keurig gets lime/calcium build up on the internal components it will ignore whatever has been programmed into it & just keep cutting off or keep making partial cups. However, I've not heard of your particular problem with it running the heated water back into the basin. Try cleaning it & see if that reduces or eliminates your problem. Run some white vinegar thru it - fill the reservoir with a strong vinegar/water mix, remove any kcups/my kcup, also remove the carbon filter ( fyi - that's not going to eliminate any lime/calcium in your water - it's just to eliminate any bad tastes/odors) and "make" how ever many cups it takes to empty the reservoir. Depending on the build up - you may need to do this 2 or 3 times. Also run about 2 more reservoirs of just clear water to help rinse out the vinegar mix (otherwise your next cup of coffee will not be what you expected). If this eliminates your problem, it should be done every 2-3 mths.
If that does not work - call Keurig's Customer Service # at 1-866-901-BREW (2739) Good Luck.
What model do you have? I'm guessing we are talking coffee maker, is it a Keurig? If you're getting a message saying to "de-scale" it need a good cleaning. That's usually the issue & the quickest fix. Try running a solution of 1 part white vinegar to 2 parts water, turn on & let run through if this dosn't work take the mop head off ( unplugged of course) & poke a needle or paper clip through the hole replace head & try vinegar solution agian. It worked for mine you need to clean out lime scale.
Try "cleaning it" with vinegar. It could be clogged with calcium carbonate. Replace the water with a potent solution of white vinegar and water and operate the unit until the vinegar solution is used up. I use 100% of the supermarket white vinegar and avoid breathing in the "steam." Repeat the procedure once or twice with plain water. If this works, let me know.
I am going to assume that the leakage was from alkaline batteries. Vinegar will work to clean the residue. This must be done for the electronics to work at the proper voltage....accordianman
