Audiovox prt9200 bag phone

I have the above phone, on the Bell Canada system. Is this a so called "locked phone"? If so, can I myself unlock it? also, does it work with other carriers in Canada?

Try unlocking it by using the number "190" (or the last 3 digits of the bag phone number)

I purchased a Nokia 5800 nav edition phone online that was unlocked but believe it was Tmobile and got a sim card from Bell mobility Canada which worked fine no problem except 1 touch dial voicemail key #1...

If its asking you for a puk code it means you locked your Sim card out of your phone, you need a new sim card OR you can call your service provider and see if they can give you the puk code.
