You may view the model number of the motorola razr2 v9 by removing the back battery casing, and removing the battery. There should be a sticker with the esn number and the model number.

You can get the subsidy unlock code through online..........give your IMEI number and get the unlock code for ur mobile.... i will suggest the website Unlock-Zone.com which is doing good service .....you can approach this website.
