Have a look at the port on your phone were u put the charging cord and see if the we part inside is broken or cracked and do the same on your power cord if u cant see anything wrong and u cheep u can always buy parts for them and take apart your iphone and replace the power socket

Check your charger in a different iPhone, or the sync cable also. Check to see if your dock connector isn't tarnished, if it is clean it with a CLEAN DRY used toothbrush. Has your phone been wet?
