Hello I have a Toshiba 2060 copier that when I turn it on it keeps saying "adding toner" I have replaced toner cartridge twice, I also have checked to see if the gear that turns toner cartridge is broken and if it turns. I am thinking it could be the toner sensor if it has one. Please help me figure out what the problem is; and let me know if I is a part or part number. I thank you so very much.

Ahh. thats problem that i incounterd. check first the toner sensor may be they have a small parts that paste in your sensor.. or if the sensor have already check end u find the sensor is good. the main problem of your machine is the sub main board thats need to be changes

Make the auto toner sensor adjustment (05 service mode) and be sure is between specifications 2.41-2.46V

Your toner is not original or toner is not going in the developing unit or developer sensor problem name is ATDC sensor
