I purchased a razor phone it was working fine now my charge don't go all the way in and my battery don't charge. When I hold the charger in the phone it comes on and gets hot. Why want my battery charge and what makes it get hot.
You may have some junk in the connectors of your phone pluggin or the charger clean it with an eraser the square kind, see if the pins are bent other wise you may not have the right charger or a bad one and you should probably get a new one.

the battery of your Norelco 6867XL is weak and cannot hold charge for long any longer. The cell in the battery as become very weak such that it cannot hold charge for a very long time anymore. This it why it looses power one day after it is fully charged. Have the battery replaced and problem should be solved. I hope you understand the above, if you don't please let me know for further assistance. Regards.
the v3 is known for battery issues. not charging, not holding charge and overheating. my suggesting is get a different model phone. and stay away from razors. they all have battery issues, I know this from multiple customer razor issues. all battery issues.
Are the batteries really gettin a full charge or is your charger faulty. If you can borrow a voltage meter you can see what your battery is putting out and check the charger (plugged in) to test how much voltage it is putting out. If the Razor is 12 volt you can hook up a car/motorcycle charger to pump up those batteries. I don't think your batts are not holding a charge, i think they're not gettin a charge....good luck to you...Tim
Call your phone company. Sounds defective to me. Have them replace it or exchange it. No insurance required. I did it multiple times. 3 way calling also doesn't work wiht razors lol Sorry your having so much trouble with it, hope I helped you!
my own razor does this also. the problem is the charging port on the phone. try using an electronics cleaner inside the port but do not oervsaturate. Otherwise if the phone is warrantied or you have insurance take your phone in and get it changed. I had a spare phone that i use to charge my battery. hope this helps.
