Solid bar in graph is not fully covered

the error Call Service 7410:xxxxxxx usualy is about the Drum Unit not fully inserted in the printer.
On the left side of the printer you will need to open the cover and push the Drum Unit in place.
After it clicks in place power off and on the printer.

The call service 2000 is about the main motor. Pull the Developer Unit and then the drum unit out of the printer and check if the gears on both units are moving freely. Then turn the printer on without the 2 units and see if the motor is functioning. If your the motor moving then the message displays on printer will be 7410 (because you have the drum unit outside). There is a possibility that the transfer roller is damaged.

The waste box is integrated into the drum unit housing. DIRTY JOB without a toner vac. There are two ports (one one each side). The covers pry off. The service manual doesn't cover this because they want you to replace the drum.

dots are usually always caused by the drum..drums are very easy to replace..(you don't even need a screwdriver)
here's how..
remove the unit that the toner sits into..it's called a process unit..comes out as a whole with the toners...
next open left cover..
remove waste toner bottle. (drum sits right above it!!!
next remove drum by pushing on grey button and pulling drum
out the left side of the printer.

as far as the jam message you might need to replace tray feed tires located up under the machine

It might be low on toner. make sure no print jobs are pending in Control Panel.

clean the corotron and perform drum refresh

Your drum unit is not seated correctly. Look inside for a bent drum ground clip.

E1: xxxxxxxx = Main motor error
Either the motor aint turning or it is being stopped from turning...Usally drum or developer units cant turn, or main motor or control board stuffed...

Suggested causes
The main motor is overloaded. Overcurrent in the main motor circuitry due to an excessive torque....... Check Drum, developer unit, toner cartridge and process units ensuring free movement
• Connector insertion error........check developer plug is secure (left top near toner cart little plug)
• Defective gate array U204 on the engine
board (KP-864). .......replace board
• Defective harness between engine board and
engine relay board (KP-760). .........secure replace cable
• Defective harness between engine relay board
(KP-760) and main motor.
