My canon MP287 dont print with black when photocopied.. When start to print the paper started to jam. There's no room to print
What will I do? Please help

Their technical manual only states the following. I'm guessing it needs service :(
Turn off the machine, and unplug the power cord of
the machine from the power supply. Plug the machine back in and turn the
machine back on. If the problem is not resolved,
contact the service
center.
