My machine starts grinding then comes back saying "coffee beans empty". It also has a faint smell like something burning. Is there some maintenance that should be done on the grinder or anywhere else that may affect this part of the process? Thank you
Try changing the beans to a different brand I had this same problem with the brands that were around $30 a kilo but not with the cheaper ones. They seem to clump together and not drop in to feed the grinder. It could be that you just need to adjust either the internal or external grinder settings also.
